Likeness is the only thing we grade. Every render is compared against the selfies you uploaded, and anything that drifts too far is deleted and its credit returned before the set ever reaches you. If the whole shoot scores low, we re-run it on a different engine at no charge.

Anything the likeness check rejects is removed and refunded in credits automatically - you are never asked to argue for that. A shoot that scores low overall can qualify for a free re-run. Refunds on the purchase itself follow the Refund Policy.

You do not have to wait until afterwards. Select every combination you are curious about before the shoot runs and each one is rendered in that same shoot, so you are comparing finished images rather than guessing from a swatch.

Up to 4K, which is enough for a printed conference board rather than only a profile thumbnail. Delivered images can also be sharpened or upscaled 2× or 4× afterwards without re-uploading anything - detail is recovered, never invented, and your face is not altered.

No. Your uploads produce your headshots and are used for nothing else - not training, not fine-tuning, not evaluation - and every provider in the path is contractually held to the same rule. They are erased after 30 days, or the moment you press delete.

A strong result is indistinguishable from ordinary studio work; a weak one is obvious, which is exactly why the ranking exists. We do not hide the provenance either - every delivered file carries embedded content credentials marking it as AI-generated.

No, and it would be wasted effort. The wardrobe in your upload is replaced entirely by the outfit you select. A plain t-shirt photographed in good window light is a better input than a suit photographed in a dim room.

Headshot packs are bought once and never renew. Subscriptions exist for people who need new headshots continually - recruiters, agencies, growing teams - but nothing on this page enrols you in one.

Generated output from Create AI Headshots can contain visual, audio, or factual errors. Review each result before publishing, and upload only material you are authorized to use. Where the form accepts a reference image, supported files are JPEG, PNG, WebP up to 5 MB each.

An upload is stored against your own account, not pooled with other people's. Deleting the account removes it: the control is in Settings under Security, the request is confirmed by email, and the erasure removes the stored objects it owns. How long anything else is kept, and which processors handle it, is stated in the privacy policy.
