Is AI headshot pricing a subscription?

The packs are not. You buy credits once, they do not renew, and nothing at checkout enrols you in a recurring charge. Subscriptions exist separately for people who genuinely need new headshots on an ongoing basis - recruiters, agencies, teams hiring continuously - and they are opted into deliberately rather than by default.

Is this a subscription?

The headshot packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Monthly and yearly plans exist separately for people who need headshots regularly, and you only end up on one by choosing it deliberately.

Credits from one-time packs never expire. Subscription credits are granted per billing cycle and are intended to be used within it.

What if the headshots don't look like me?

Individual images that score poorly on likeness are discarded and their credits are restored. If a whole shoot scores low, it can qualify for a free re-shoot. Eligible purchase refunds follow the Refund Policy.

How much does a traditional headshot cost?

Photographer pricing varies by location, usage, retouching, and the number of people. Our published packs are one-time purchases so you can compare the exact cost before uploading.

How do I do headshots for a whole team?

Everything runs on credits. Buy any pack, create a photo set for the roll-out, lock the backdrops and outfits you want everyone to share, and invite people into it - every headshot they generate is paid from your balance. There are no seats and no separate team plan.

Can I upgrade a pack later?

Yes. Buying a larger pack adds credits to the same balance. You are never forced to re-buy what you already have.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer refunds?

Eligible unused purchases can be requested within 10 days under the Refund Policy. Images rejected by automated likeness scoring have their credits restored automatically.

Is there a free option?

Yes. You can generate one real headshot from your own photo at no cost and without a card, so you can judge the quality before deciding anything.

How Credits Work

Packs are denominated in credits so every resolution shares one balance. You never have to think about it, but here is what is happening.

One headshot costs 6 to 15 credits

Depending on the resolution you export. Higher resolution costs more because it costs us more to generate.

Edits cost less than a fresh headshot

A backdrop or outfit swap reuses an image you already approved, so it is cheaper than generating from scratch.

Failed images are refunded, not absorbed

If a generation fails or does not look like you, those credits go straight back to your balance automatically.

One-time credits never expire

Buy a pack now, use half of it, and come back in six months. Nothing lapses and nothing renews.

Packs start at $19 for up to 20 headshots, and the $29 Starter returns up to 40 - well under a dollar per delivered image. Images that fail the likeness check are refunded in credits, so you are not paying for misses. The honest comparison is a photographer at roughly $150 to $400 for a session returning three or four publishable frames. Per usable image the gap is large; for any shot that must document a real place, group or moment, the photographer is still the only option.
